
Mihai Balint
Mihai has initially received a master's (Mgr.) in Theology from the Comenius University in Bratislava. Here, he was pasionate about studying the history of religions and finding patterns and similarities to various spiritual practices throughout the world.

He then studied Psychology at the BPP University in the UK. Here he focused on positive psychology and tried to understand what brings life satisfaction and what a happy life means. He wrote his dissertation on the topic of Stoicism and holds a master's (MSc.) in Psychology.

He is also the holder of a Diploma in Buddhist Studies from the University of Mumbai where he focused on the Theravada tradition and Vipassana practices. He is currently studying the Pali language and is hoping to be able to read the first Buddhist scriptures in their original language.
In addition to his academic degrees, Mihai is also a certified meditation teacher in the Unified Mindfulness system and is regularly attending silent meditation retreats.
